After working with another firm since 2001, Philip Founded Northern Westchester Financial Services in 2016 to provide his clients a place where they can receive holistic, transparent, unbiased, goal-based advice. Recognizing client’s need for holistic financial advice outside of just selecting investments, Philip formed NWFS with a team that helps serve as a Personal CFO to their client base, creating solutions built around well-constructed financial plans not complicated investment products.
Growing up in Yorktown Heights, Phil is proud to be a part of the community. He has served and worked with several local organizations and has been working with clients in and around the surrounding area since 2001. Phil has built his business on trust, confidentiality, and exceptional client service. His goal is to create a comfortable atmosphere which facilitates education and open communication for clients to discuss their questions and concerns. Phil believes that in order to achieve financial success you must establish a strong plan which is properly monitored and maintained.
Phil has been recognized as a top adviser within his broker dealer Cadaret Grant since 2006, along with receiving Directors Counsel and Preferred Partner recognition with various mutual fund and annuity companies. From 2009 through 2012 he has been selected as Best in Client Satisfaction Wealth Manager by Westchester Magazine along with being quoted in several local news publications. In addition to obtaining the Series 7, 63, life and health insurance license, Phil holds the Certified Wealth Management certification through the American College of Financial Services and is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Hartford with a degree in Economics Finance.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys spending time with his family, living an active lifestyle. He lives in Dutchess County, NY with his wife Andrea, son Anthony and daughter Ava.

Elizabeth assists clients with their service needs and ensures that our firm delivers an excellent experience. Elizabeth has a Bachelor’s degree from Iona College. And with over 18 years of client servicing experience in the financial services industry, she brings a tremendous amount of knowledge to our firm. Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with family & friends and cheering from the side lines at her sons’ sporting events.

Bill has been working with Philip since 2015, carrying his Series 7 and 63 Licenses with FINRA and has a deep understanding of investments – more specifically our firms plan based process. His responsibilities include working with clients to build out financial plans, perform trades, execute recommendations, and provide ongoing client support. Bill has been working within the Financial Services Industry for almost nine years with larger companies such as Wells Fargo and Prudential. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from Manhattan College and currently resides in Westchester, NY with his wife Grace. In his spare time he enjoys golf, playing music, and cooking and entertaining with friends and family.

My first day as an independent advisor was on September 1, 2001. I started my career with Cadaret Grant, which is the same firm I work with today. Throughout my career, I have been able to assist my clients with navigating various types of market cycles. Despite having a wide range of market experience, my team and I believe that at its core, financial success is predicated on having a well-balanced, nonproduct-driven and transparent financial plan that is centered around your goals and objectives.

Our firm currently manages approximately $120 million worth of investable client assets. Asset management is conducted primarily using fee-based investment solutions, however, if fee-based management does not serve your best interests, we can utilize other investment vehicles as well.
Our holistic brand is built around transparency. To deliver this, we use various forms of technology programs, visual aids, planning tools, personal and web-based review meetings. Our use of technology solutions are always evolving and improving. We do not bill our clients for review meetings, service calls/emails or any other customer service item.
The first step is the initial consultation. Our goal is to offer you a basic understanding of our firm while simultaneously giving you the opportunity to express what you are looking to get out of the relationship. You will not be required to share any specific information, but rather provide a brief description of your needs, goals and history so we can get a feel for who you are and where you’d like to be. There is no commitment to continue with our services during this meeting; we will simply be exploring the chance of a future partnership.
If you’re interested in pursuing the relationship, we will then schedule a secondary consultation where we will ask you to share your financial documents so we can take a closer look into your overall situation. These documents include financial statement and other relevant materials you think could be helpful in the financial planning process. Before this meeting, we will provide a brief meeting outline so you are prepared to discuss the specifics of your finances.
Based on the information you’ve provided us, we will create and present our recommendations while providing a plan of action to achieve your financial goals and resolve any lingering issues. During this meeting, we encourage you to share your thoughts — including any questions or concerns you may have — so everyone remains aligned on each next step. Once everyone is on the same page, we will begin the implementation process and will follow up with you to schedule some time to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
Cadaret Grant is a broker-dealer who provides us with the platform we need to effectively run our business. Broker-dealers are a person or firm in the business of buying and selling securities on behalf of its customers.
Cadaret Grant does not offer any proprietary investments and does not use quotas or sales contests for use of specific company-based investment products. Since Cadaret is not a bank, they do not hold client assets; instead, they have a custodial agreement with a third party, BNY Mellon Pershing. BNY Mellon Pershing is one of the largest custodians in the financial services industry alongside Fidelity, Charles Schwab and TD Ameritrade.
